CIM Build’s Settings page brings together your personal account configuration and your organisation’s team membership in one place. You reach it via the sidebar in any view. The Settings sidebar is divided into four sections — Authentication, Integrations, Team, and Sign out — each covering a distinct area of account management. Alongside Settings, two other configuration surfaces exist: Organisation Settings (accessible from the dashboard) for organisation-wide configuration, and Project Settings (accessible from within a project) for per-project options.

Authentication

The Authentication section contains your personal account settings. It is divided into three sub-sections:
  • Profile — Update your display name, email address, and other profile details.
  • Security — Manage your authentication method, including password changes, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and single sign-on (SSO) if your organisation has it configured.
  • Organisation — Switch between organisations if your account belongs to more than one.
To open Authentication, navigate to Settings and select Authentication in the sidebar.

Team

The Team section lets admins invite new members to the organisation and manage existing membership. If you are not an organisation admin, you can view the team list but cannot make changes.
Only organisation admins can invite members or modify team membership. Non-admin users see the team list in read-only mode.

Invite a team member

1

Open Team settings

Navigate to Settings and select Team in the sidebar. You must be an admin to see this option.
2

Open the invite dialog

Click Invite member (or the equivalent button displayed in the team management panel).
3

Enter the invitee's email

Type the email address of the person you want to add to the organisation.
4

Send the invitation

Confirm and send the invite. The invitee receives an email with a link to join your CIM Build organisation.

Manage existing members

From the Team section you can also view all current members, see their roles, and — if you are an admin — remove members or change their roles directly in the panel.

Integrations

The Integrations section is where you connect third-party services to your CIM Build account. See the dedicated pages for step-by-step connection guides:

Sign out

Select Sign out in the Settings sidebar to end your current session and return to the CIM Build login screen.
