The Procore integration lets you pull drawings and documents directly from your Procore projects into CIM Build upload flows. Once connected, you can browse your Procore companies and projects during any upload and select files to import — no manual downloading, no local copies. The connection is per-user: each team member connects their own Procore account independently.

Connect your Procore account

1

Open Settings

In CIM Build, navigate to Settings using the sidebar. Select Integrations from the Settings menu.
2

Initiate the connection

Locate the Procore Integration card. It shows the status message “Connect your Procore account to view and manage files” when disconnected. Click Connect.
3

Authorise in Procore

You are redirected to Procore’s authorisation page. Log in with your Procore credentials if prompted, then grant CIM Build access to your account.
4

Return to CIM Build

After authorising, Procore redirects you back to CIM Build. The Procore Integration card now shows Connected to Procore, confirming the link is active.
Each user connects their own Procore account. Connecting your account does not affect your teammates’ Procore connections.

Import files from Procore during upload

Once connected, you can import directly from Procore whenever you upload drawings or documents to a project.
  1. Open your project and click Upload in the left sidebar.
  2. Choose your upload context (Tender Set, Addendum, Contract Set, or Revision) and file type (Drawings or Documents).
  3. In the upload zone, select Import from Procore instead of dragging local files.
  4. Choose your Company from the dropdown, then select a Project.
  5. Click Load Drawings to fetch the available drawings for that project.
  6. Select the files you want to import.
  7. Continue through the upload flow — assign disciplines, create or choose a revision set, and click Process.
If you only have access to one Procore company, CIM Build selects it automatically when you open the Procore file picker.

Disconnect Procore

To remove the connection between your CIM Build account and Procore:
  1. Go to SettingsIntegrations.
  2. On the Procore Integration card, click Disconnect.
Your Procore credentials are removed from CIM Build immediately. You can reconnect at any time by following the connect steps above.
Disconnecting Procore only affects your own account. Files already imported and processed in CIM Build are not deleted.
